BPA-Free

At Plasvale, health comes first. All of our products are tested and free from Bisphenol A (BPA), withstanding temperature changes without releasing harmful substances.

Noise Analysis

We regularly conduct assessments to monitor noise levels and ensure they do not impact the community, keeping our neighborhood free from noise pollution.

In Compliance with Current Legislation

Plasvale’s entire production process is certified by IBAMA and IMA. Our Environmental Operating License ensures that we are authorized to operate without harming the environment.

Protecting the Groundwater

No toxic waste is ever disposed of in the soil. We use impermeable flooring that makes cleaning easier and ensures proper disposal of all materials.

No Pollutant emissions

In the manufacturing of our products, no processes involve the release of pollutant gases. In other words, Plasvale does not emit toxic substances into the atmosphere.

Nothing goes to waste, everything becomes a product.

In our production process, we aim to minimize waste as much as possible — whether it’s excess material (trimmings), defective parts, returns due to functionality issues, or items no longer fit for use. These materials are reprocessed and reused as raw material for the Plasvale Eco Line.

In partnership with the NGO Eco Local, we’ve made a commitment to reduce the impact of improper plastic disposal on beaches and in oceans. Through the organization’s initiatives, plastic is removed from the sea and transformed into valuable resources for creating products in the Plasvale Eco Line.

Supporting healthy oceans and ecosystems is the mission of the Plasvale Eco Line. With the goal of raising awareness among children and teenagers, all the knowledge gained through this process is shared in schools within our community.
